Raspberry Fruit Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup red raspberries ( fresh or processed)
2 cups vanilla flavored yogurt
1 cup skimmed milk
1 cup crushed ice or ice cubes
chopped nuts or chocolate bars

Instructions:

This is a quick and easy thing to prepare: First consider the fruits you are going to use. When using fresh red raspberries you can wash it and drain to dry. And you are ready to go. But when using frozen berries be sure that it’s thawed. If using preserved berries in heavy or sweet syrup just use everything including the syrup.

Puree berries in a blender with sharp blade. Add ice and milk. Pulse until smooth, this will be quick when using crashed ice. When using ice cubes you might need longer blending time.

Add yogurt, pulse for a few seconds or until well blended but not too much.

Pour into serving glasses, then top with chopped nuts or chocolate bars.

Serve.

 

Low Fat Banana Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

6-8 oz apple juice
1 cup yogurt

Delicious Banana Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1/2 confectioner’s sugar

1 cup unflavored yogurt

1 fresh egg

2/3 cup vegetable oil

1 tbs baking powder

3 medium bananas

Instructions:

In a bowl mashed banana add yogurt, egg and mix. Then add flour, and oil. Mix well.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, then transfer your mixture into baking pan or muffin pans. Put line paper or wipe with non stick oil first.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown on top and toothpick comes out clean.

Blueberry Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients:

2 cups all purpose flour

1 fresh egg

1/2 cup confectioner sugar

1 tbs baking soda

1 tbs of baking powder

2 cups blueberries

1 cup vanilla flavored yogurt

3 tbs melted butter

Instructions:

The idea is to have two separate mixing bowls. Mix all dry or powder ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another.

Combine everything into one bowl mix until you have think consistency.

Grease muffin cups preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius with empty muffin cups inside.

Scoop mixture into preheated and greased muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes, let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
