1 cup red raspberries ( fresh or processed)
2 cups vanilla flavored yogurt
1 cup skimmed milk
1 cup crushed ice or ice cubes
chopped nuts or chocolate bars
This is a quick and easy thing to prepare: First consider the fruits you are going to use. When using fresh red raspberries you can wash it and drain to dry. And you are ready to go. But when using frozen berries be sure that it’s thawed. If using preserved berries in heavy or sweet syrup just use everything including the syrup.
Puree berries in a blender with sharp blade. Add ice and milk. Pulse until smooth, this will be quick when using crashed ice. When using ice cubes you might need longer blending time.
Add yogurt, pulse for a few seconds or until well blended but not too much.
Pour into serving glasses, then top with chopped nuts or chocolate bars.
